it all started with an asteroid crashing to the earth
bringing destruction the likes we’ve never seen
radiation started seeping from the crater left
keeping us at bay while the hole began to glow
something started stirring underneath our feet
horrible sounds of clicking and scratching down below
the ground opened up the giant bugs appeared
then one by one they started ripping us to shreds

as we run for our lives
they control one hive mind
coming from outer space
eradicate the human race

first initial strike it caught us by surprise
the ones that were left they all began to hide
in the hollowed out ruins of their lives
unsure if they have the will to fight
against these creatures that we’ve never seen before
they slaughtered our cattle and poisoned our wells
They scorched the land as man fell

shooting them to galaxies away
spreading her atrocities through the universe
